8 Arete Living-Managed Senior Living Communities Earn Customer Experience Award
Eight Arete Living-managed senior living communities earned the 2023 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight.
Categories honored include cleanliness, quality of food, variety of food, safety and security, and dignity and respect, among others.
The winning communities include Avamere at Bethany, Avamere at Cascadia Village, Avamere at Englewood Heights, Avamere at Hermiston, Avamere at Hillsboro, Avamere at Port Townsend, Ovation Sienna Hills, and The Stafford.
Qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award means these senior living communities placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.
“We’re thrilled to have so many of our communities earn the Customer Experience Award,” stated Jennifer Svoboda, Director of Standards with Arete Living. “Each of our recognized categories shows what’s important to our residents and families – and what’s important to us as a team. We’re honored to be trusted with their care and to provide quality services.”
Throughout 2022, Arete Living residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews where they answered open-ended questions and rated their senior living community in multiple categories.
Ovation Sienna Hills won in seven categories, showcasing their high level of quality service in their luxury St. George, Utah senior living community.

1861 Earns Diners' Choice Award
1861 at Ovation Sienna Hills is honored to earn the Diners’ Choice award again this year from OpenTable! The public fine dining restaurant also earned this notable award in 2022.
1861 Fine Dining was voted best in the romance, foodies, and neighborhood gem categories.

Named for when the St. George area was first settled, 1861 at Ovation Sienna Hills is an elegant, upscale restaurant featuring food from local and regional growers and ranchers, as well as delicious, scratch-made cocktails.
This fine dining restaurant is just one of many restaurants available to Ovation Sienna Hills residents – and 1861 is also open to the public.
Avamere at Wenatchee Earns Reputation Award
Congratulations to Avamere at Wenatchee for earning the 800 award from Reputation! The team earned a score of 839, showcasing a high level of customer satisfaction well above industry average.
Reputation states: "The 800 Award is one of the highest achievements a business can earn. Winners on our 2023 list have proven that they put customer experience at the very core of their strategy, and are driven by the voice of the customer to succeed."
Ovation Sienna Hills Supports Local Art
Ovation Sienna Hills is sponsoring Art Around the Corner, a non-profit organization that brings public art to the streets of St. George, Utah. The sponsorship comes as part of Ovation's commitment to supporting local arts and culture.
The Art Around the Corner Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the arts, enriching the community, and bringing fine arts to the heart of historic St. George. Their flagship is the sculpture exhibit. Through Ovation Sienna Hills’ sponsorship, a plaque with our name will be placed on one of the sculptures.
"We are thrilled to support Art Around the Corner and their efforts to bring public art to St. George," said Chuck Donnelly, General Manager of Ovation Sienna Hills. "As a senior living community that values culture and the arts, we believe it is important to support organizations like Art Around the Corner that make the arts accessible to everyone."
Ovation Sienna Hills' sponsorship will be recognized at the 2023 Art Around the Corner Social, taking place on March 31, 2023 at 6 p.m., the night before the April 1st sculpture installation. The event will feature an auction of 20 small sculptures.

Savannah is a breed of hybrid cat developed from crossing a serval (Leptailurus serval) with a domestic cat (Felis catus). This breed usually has the Seval’s large ears and brown-spotted coats. These athletic cats can leap vertically about seven feet.
