Avamere Goes Viral
Our residents went VIRAL on TikTok! Some of our residents with Avamere at Cascadia Village in Sandy, Oregon shared their valentine advice, and people couldn’t get enough of it.
This video got 1.3 MILLION views, plus over 152 thousand likes and over 600 comments. People were especially drawn the Sheila’s advice. Watch the TikTok and follow us for more heartwarming (and sometimes funny) content like this!
Avamere at Moses Lake Executive Director Earns Leadership Award
Arete Living leadership and the Avamere at Moses Lake team surprised Executive Director Jodi Montoya with the Nicolette Leadership Award! Jodi has served the residents, families, and employees of Avamere for 18 years. This award celebrates her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
Arete Living manages Avamere Communities and each year awards a team member with this prestigious leadership award.

Ovation Heartwood Preserve Independent Living to Open Summer 2024
Ovation Heartwood Preserve, a senior living campus in Omaha, Nebraska, is preparing to open their independent living community this summer!
Ovation and their construction company have made great progress on the fitness center, yoga studio, dog park, and bocce ball court, among more exciting updates. In the photos, you can see cranes putting up the final walls on the south side of the building.

Meet Goldie and Sampson!
Sampson is a 13-week-old German Shepard puppy, who's pet parent is Debbie Vick, Executive Director with Avamere at Oak Park. He attended a doggie birthday party for Goldie, a little Yorkie who turned 10 years old on February 15, 2024.
Goldie and his owner, Avamere at Oak Park's RN Rosie, invited Sampson to the birthday party, knowing he is new to the community.
