Sarah Silva is a leader in the healthcare industry with over 21 years of experience in senior living and rich leadership experience since joining the company in 2007. She has served in various roles, including executive director, memory care and leadership development, and regional director of operations.
Her areas of expertise include assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, and home health. Sarah is passionate about enhancing the quality of care provided in senior living communities across the country.

In 2023, Sarah earned the honorable Jan Thayer Pioneer Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). She was selected for this award for her strong contributions to the profession, being a recognized champion of person-centered care, improving overall resident and family experience, and commitment diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Sarah lives outside of Sherwood, Oregon with her husband and two sons.
