Sara Sutherland holds over 18 years of experience with Arete Living, where she has served as a business office manager, executive director, regional director of operations, director of education, and today as the Vice President of Operations.

During her time as an executive director, she successfully earned four deficiency-free state surveys, the highest possible rating. Today Sara spearheads employee education and training.
