Randy Perras oversees nine of our Avamere Communities across Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

He holds over 14 years of experience in senior living leadership, plus additional management experience in other roles. He is passionate about promoting a superior resident experience and has a strong history of improving occupancy rates.

Randy and his wife Tracy live in Greenacres, Washington with their French Bulldog Charlie and cat Muncy. They have two adult children, Jessica and Justin, who currently reside in California. In their spare time, Randy and Tracy enjoy rock concerts. Originally from Los Angeles, they are big Los Angeles Dodgers fans and are members of the team's official fan club that travels with the Dodgers.
