Mia holds over 15 years of management experience with over five years of multi-site operations management. This includes serving as an executive director, regional director, and senior regional director.
She also has skilled nursing experience in admissions and marketing, before moving to assisted living in 2008. Under her leadership, her teams have earned both the bronze and silver quality awards from AHCA/NCAL.

Mia has a personal connection to senior living. She experienced the difficult journey of Alzheimer’s with both her grandparents, who had adopted and raised her since she was two years old.
Mia shared, “When I learned about senior living, I knew it was something I was called to do and something I am passionate about."

Mia’s interests include singing and playing bass, as well as the great outdoors hiking, kayaking, and being near an ocean or river. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her boyfriend and his son, and their dogs and cats.
