During our annual Sales-a-Palooza event, we enjoyed two action-packed days of learning (and some fun too). We recognized sales team members who excel and set the bar high. Get to know these teammates and the incredible work they do.
Rookies of the Year
Our Rookies of the Year are Sarah Fox with Ovation Sienna Hills and Angela Davis with Avamere at Sandy.
Our Chief Marketing Officer Thomas Cloutier shared:

Top Sales Teams of the Year
This year’s top teams are Avamere at Rio Rancho and Ovation Heartwood Preserve. Thomas shared:

Partner of the Year
We couldn’t do our job without the guidance of our Partner of the Year, Suzi Moreland with Sherpa/Aline.
Suzi attends our annual sales conferences to lead a full day’s training for our teams. She’s consistently available for our teams to make the most out of Sherpa so we can do what we do best – connect with our seniors and their families.
Thomas shared: “Suzi is my personal Sherpa. She has been my account rep for two different companies over six years. She is a friend, part therapist when the results aren't great, always willing to help me any way she can, and will drop what she's doing to train anyone. She has been an integral part of our success, and this is just a small token of my appreciation for the person that she is.”

Congrats to our Sales Director of the Year for our Avamere Communities, Kevin Fortier with Avamere at Wenatchee!
