Lisa Kaiser holds extensive experience in human resources in management. Through her career she has supported 13 surgery departments, managed accounting for 25 commercial properties, and across her various roles oversaw human resources, compliance, logistics, policy development, recruitment, and more.

Before joining Arete, Lisa consulted and coached executive leaders on critical HR-related organizational objectives, including talent management, employee relations, and more.

Supporting her strong history in human resources, Lisa is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
She volunteers with her local community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and a member of the Tigard Emergency Response Team.

Lisa holds her Human Resources Certification from the University of Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor of Science. Lisa is currently pursuing her Master of Arts with George Fox University.

Lisa is a native Californian who has been in the Portland, Oregon area for almost 20 years. She loves being outside (when the sun is shining) on the water paddle boarding, hiking, or sunbathing. The water is her tranquility, which is her go-to when writing (mostly poetry). Lisa has two sons, one dog, one cat, and three fish. She loves animals and wishes she had the time for more.
