Jennifer Svoboda joined Arete Living in 2019 as the Director of Quality and Compliance , where she managed several rollouts, including updated policies and procedures, a new online learning system, and scheduling software. She also assists with reviewing AHCA/NCAL quality award applications.

Jennifer’s rich experience in healthcare began in 1994 as an activities director with an assisted living community. Since then, she served as a social worker, executive director, and project manager before assuming her role with Arete Living.

Jennifer serves on several healthcare boards and councils:

Jennifer earned her master’s in health administration from St. Joseph University in 2020 and graduate certificate in gerontology from Portland State University in 2015.

She loves spending time with her kids, cooking, learning about different types of food and wine, reading, and running and skiing in the great outdoors.
